Kingdom of Hrafnarfjall Citizenship Regulations
Per the Citizenship and Immigration Act of 2020, 5th May 2020

  1. Age of Citizenship
    Any persons desiring citizenship shall be granted such providing they have attained the age of 18. All children of Hrafnarfjallian Citizens can be made citizens at birth by application to the Hrafnarfjallian Ministry of Home Affairs, and they will be considered a minor until their Eighteenth (18) birthday.
    1. A person under the age of 18 who has a responsible adult who is already a Citizen may become a Citizen of Hrafnarfjall by application by the responsible adult.
  2. Non-Resident Citizenships may only apply for eCitizenship at this time, and this exists in two tiers;
    1. Adult Electronic Citizenship (e-Citizenship)
      This tier of Citizenship is available to all persons who wish to become a citizen of Hrafnarfjall. This does NOT grant the right to enter Hrafnarfjallian territory or voice at local þings, but it does grant them a voice at the Kingdom Alþing.
    2. Minor Electronic Citizenship (e-Citizenship)
      This tier of Citizenship is available to all persons who are below the national age of majority, but who wish to be a citizen of Hrafnarfjall. This does not grant them any rights to enter Hrafnarfjallian territory and does not grant them a voice at the Alþing. They may express their views through their adult Guardian.
  3. E-Citizenship may be granted to all persons in good standing with the Kingdom of Hrafnarfjall by application to the Ministry of Home Affairs. This type of citizenship only grants a person access to the Kingdom Alþing but does not grant the right to residency in any Hrafnarfjallian lands. If a person chooses to later reside in Hrafnarfjallian land at a later date, they may be granted Citizenship either by edict or Resident Naturalisation.
  4. No applicant for Hrafnarfjallian Citizenship may have not committed a major crime, such as criminal homicide, mayhem, kidnapping, rape, battery, criminal mistreatment, burglary, arson and robbery.
  5. No applicant for Hrafnarfjallian Citizenship may belong to extremist or hate groups.
